How can I care for my gear? 

While nylon is extremely durable and meant to outlast your grandkids, it can still wear over time.

Fraying is normal in certain areas and happens with use in some products over time. Taking a lighter (Not a torch) to your gear from time to time can help prevent further fraying and tame loose threads that can naturally occur .

When your stuff gets dirty, hand wash it just like you would dishes in a bucket, sink, or bathtub using dish liquid in cold or warm water. Avoid throwing your stuff in the washing machine as this can not only make fraying worse but the plastic hardware can destroy your appliances. 

I placed my order and forgot to add something. Can I add it? 

Unfortunately, no. You will need to place another order. I ship everything in the order it is recieved. Going out of order messes up workflow and delays other peoples orders from getting out in a timely manner.

Do you do custom work? 

I do. However, I will not make one-offs of anything not already offered on the shop. You may contact me to discuss a custom item.

Not at this time.

Why do your products sell out so fast?

I know its hard to believe , but one dude can only build so much stuff at one time. Generally, there are 20-30 items built at a time for drops and restocks. It depends on multiple factors like how much time I have, and how fast an item sells out. 

I have been waiting for what seems like forever for "X" item to be back in stock. When will it be back in stock? 

The simple answer is, I dont know. I factor many things into production like cost, time and how popular an item is. If you are tired of waiting, just email me and we can discuss getting your product made and into your hands quicker. 

What about contract work? 

Not anymore moving forward. The business has grown to a point where contract sewing it out of my scope.

Do you offer a Military/Fisrt Responder Discount?

At this time, I price all products accordingly to market and do not offer these discounts.
